alamwar works with small craft clusters and women?s co-ops to train and provide fair wages for these groups. Women from these organizations are trained at our alamwar mill and printshop, Hyderabad -India. Work is distributed in these villages and women can stay home and take care of their families and provide a much needed second income. It is important for these villages to thrive to keep their culture and way of life.
